Tools
The following tools use PKIF. CAPI Logger, PKI Plug and MD5 Shield use PKIF in support of logging and basic crypto functionality (i.e., hash generation). The Cross Certificate Pair tools use PKIF for name and signature verification.
- CAPI Logger– CAPI Logger is used to collect information about the usage of several PKI-related CAPI functions
- PKI Plug– PKI Plug is an untruthful revocation status provider for applications that use Microsoft Crypto API (CAPI) for certification path processing
- Cross Certificate Pair Tool– Cross Certificate Pair is PKIF and OpenSSL based GUI tool that allows user to create certificate pairs and extract certificate from certificate pairs
- Cross Certificate Pair Command Line Tool– Cross Certificate Pair Command Line is PKIF and OpenSSL based command line tool that allows user to create certificate pairs and extract certificate from certificate pairs
- MD5 Shield– MD5Shield is an untruthful revocation status provider for applications that use Microsoft Crypto API (CAPI) for certification path processing
- SMIME Payload Inspector– SMIMEPayloadInspector is a command line tool for analyzing singed and encrypted emails
